What is your cancellation policy for tee times?
All tee time cancellation policies directly reflect those of the courses.

I'd like to call someone directly; is that an option?
Our agents will assist you via the support messaging in the app or via the support email of support@trybackswing.com. If there's a phone call needed our agent(s) will reach out to schedule.
My username is taken
If your username is taken then there's no way to get it for you.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account by emailing delete@trybackswing.com. We'll proceed to delete your account within 3-5 days, to delete your account faster, please refer to your profile page in your app.
